Research Associate (M.Sc, NTU, Singapore)

Adhitan works on finite element modeling (FEM) and Kinetic Monte Carlo (KMC) studies for uncertainty quantification and residual stress analysis of metallic structures that are fabricated through the electron beam additive manufacturing (EBAM) process. He has previously obtained his Master Degree in Additive Manufacturing from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in early 2016.

Post-Doctoral Fellow (Ph.D., Yuengnam University, South Korea)

Duong works on development of algorithms for predictive analysis and prognosis of remaining useful life (RUL) in batteries and other electronic devices / systems and also focuses on stochastic modeling and process growth optimization for nanostructures using experimental design techniques. Prior to this appointment, Duong was previously working as a Post-Doc at the Luxembourg Centre for Systems Biomedicine in the Systems Control Group of the University of Luxembourg. Duong holds a Ph.D. from Yeungnam University in South Korea and completed his undergraduate studies at the Bauman Moscow State Technical University, Russia in 2006.

Research Associate (M.Sc, NUS, Singapore)

Karkulali works on design and development of advanced techniques for diagnostics and prognostics of self-driving autonomous vehicles using Bayesian and machine learning techniques. Prior to this position, she was a Research Associate at the Energy Research Institute at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) working on analytics and anomaly detection for commercial gas pipelines. She obtained her Master Degree in Electrical Engineering from National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2012. Karkulali was a recipient of the Best Paper Award at the IEEE Annual Conference on Industrial Electronics (IECON) held at Florence, Italy in Oct 2016.
