David Mateo

Dr. Mateo received his PhD in Physics from the University of Barcelona (Spain) under the supervision of Prof. Manuel Barranco. Dr. Mateo studied collective effects in low temperature many-particle systems during his PhD and followed this line of research as a postdoctoral fellow at California State University, Northridge. He joined the Applied Complexity Group at SUTD under the Systems Technology for Autonomous Reconnaissance & Surveillance (STARS) project to study the implications of emergent collective behavior in natural and artificial systems.
